Hayden began his real estate career in a property management office + has gone on to work across a number of Brisbane’s inner city agencies. He has had exposure to all areas of the industry; leasing, sales, property management, management rights + everything in between. His true vocation however lies in tenancy management; having seen first hand the gaps present for both investors + tenants in a traditional agency setting, the Anlore Group was born.

Hayden has led teams in both the retail + real estate industries. He brings with him a customer centric mindset to all parties involved in a tenancy environment. Being diligent, dedicated + hardworking has allowed Hayden to flourish in the industry, with his service to clients being unparalleled. 
KEITH BRAITHWAITE
Director

As an experienced owner-operator of management rights businesses for many years, Keith has ‘seen it all’. Having been hands on in the industry both selling + managing property during this time, Keith carries with him an abundance of insight. 

Keith’s passion for the industry lies within the interpersonal aspects of the job + recognises the importance of the relationships built during the ‘day to day’. He is also an expert on all things body corporate, making the management of properties in developments of any scale a breeze. 
SAM WATERSON
Tenancy Manager

With over eight years of customer service experience, Sam is committed to ensuring everyone she comes into contact with is satisfied + has the best experience possible. Being goal orientated, hitting goals + achieving the best results possible makes Sam tick. 

Her bright personality + eagerness to get the job done makes her the perfect partner in any property management experience. Although she is relatively new to the industry, Sam has gained experience + industry insight quickly, whilst enjoying the whirlwind property management offers!

Outside of work you will find Sam recharging at home with a good book or planning her next renovation project.

 
AMY WILKOSZ
Tenancy Manager

Amy has always strived to ensure her knowledge is unrivalled in any of her undertakings + this has proven to be one of her biggest strengths since day one in the industry. Coupled with her strong communication ability, time keeping skills + friendly disposition, this has allowed her to succeed in the ever-changing environment of property management

When Amy is at home, she relaxes by spending time in her garden. If she is not gardening it is almost guaranteed you will find her at a local nursery or picking up another pot from the markets. Her nurturing attitude comes through in both her love + care for her plants, as well as her work.
